Tharseo Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tharseosolutions.com and the LocalRank Pro local SEO audit service (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you use the Service, you submit information about a business you want to audit. This includes:

Business name
Business address
Phone number

This information is used solely to run your local SEO scan. You do not need to create an account to use the free scan. For paid reports, we also collect your email address so we can deliver your report.

Payment information. If you purchase a full report, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your credit card number. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Usage data. We may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used for security and to understand how the Service is used.

Local storage. The Service stores your recent search history locally in your browser’s localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Run your local SEO audit and generate your report
Deliver your paid report to you via email
Process payments through Stripe
Monitor for abuse and maintain the security of the Service
Improve the accuracy and functionality of the Service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with marketing partners.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide the Service, we share submitted business information with the following third parties:

DataForSEO — We send the business name, address, and phone number you submit to DataForSEO’s API to retrieve local search rankings, Google Business Profile data, and competitor information. DataForSEO processes this data on our behalf to generate your report.
Stripe — Payment processing for paid reports. Stripe receives your payment details directly and we receive only a confirmation of successful payment.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral advertising trackers on the Service.

4. Data Retention

Scan results are stored in our database to allow you to revisit your report via a unique link. We retain scan results for a reasonable period to support this functionality. If you would like your scan data deleted, contact us at support@tharseosolutions.com and we will remove it.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

6. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to know — You may request information about the personal data we have collected about you.
Right to delete — You may request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to opt out of sale — We do not sell personal information, so this right does not apply.
Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
